Scope
This product sheet defines the category range report in the context of the scrape data collected for the client.
All standard websites scraped for range reporting for the client account are included.
Definition
The Category Range Reporting service:
- Produces an Excel file containing sumamry and detail level information on all range reporting sites for the client account
- Graphically summarises website product overview, range overview by category and products by price band overview
- Includes detail level information on all products
- Sends the report to either the client's FTP or the company FTP for collection by the client
- Runs on the schedule defined by the client
- Notifies the client to any specified email address(es)

Input Required From Client
- Report Schedule (day of week, time of day)
- Client product categorisation
- Client rules for categorising competitor products
- Email address(es) for email notification
- Specify target FTP, or use company FTP
