This product sheet defines the customer web dashboard in the context of the scrape data collected for the client and any matches held for the client.

All standard websites scraped and all matches held for the client are included.

The Customer Web Dashboard product:

• Provides the following views of scraped data as standard (requires a scrape service subscription):
  • Site overview - interactive drill-down chart of products
  • Data query - interrogation based detailed data report
• Provides the following views of matched data as standard (requires a matching service subscription):
  • Match overview - interactive drill-down chart of matched products
  • Price difference summary - chart showing numbers of products in price difference bands
  • Average price summary - chart showing average price vs. average competitor price
  • Match query - interrogation based detailed match report
• Displays an integrated user-specified RSS feed
• Allows users to change account options such as email address, VAT display, RSS feed
• Displays relevant announcement messages and alerts to the user regarding their services
• Shows current status of the user subscribed services
• Is accessed and navigated through the My Account section of the company website
