This product sheet defines a custom report in the context of the client's existing services.

Specified website scrapes, matching and other information collected in regards to the client's services can be reported at a detail or summary level.

The service can be used to meet defined output formats for input into external systems or summary information to provide bespoke input into the SMS reporting service.

The Custom Report service:

• Differs from the standard reporting offerings
• Requirements are defined by the client
• Delivers the report file to either the client's FTP or the company FTP for collection by the client
• Runs on the schedule defined by the client
• Notifies the client to any specified email address(es)
